scalenus anterior การใช้

Sometimes the subclavian vein passes with the artery behind the Scalenus anterior.
Occasionally, it perforates the Scalenus anterior; more rarely it passes in front of that muscle.
The suprascapular artery and transverse cervical artery both head laterally and cross in front of ( anterior to ) the scalenus anterior muscle and the phrenic nerve.
In its course it crosses the sternocleidomastoideus obliquely, and in the subclavian triangle perforates the deep fascia, and ends in the subclavian vein lateral to or in front of the scalenus anterior, piercing the roof of the posterior triangle.
The subclavian vein lies behind the clavicle, and is not usually seen in this space; but in some cases it rises as high as the artery, and has even been seen to pass with that vessel behind the Scalenus anterior.
